3W Agency only uses the information shared when booking (Calendly) to organise the review and answer you.
Contact details, project information, language and any supplied campaign parameters are stored in our database and sent to our team by email. Hosting and email providers process this information to deliver this service.
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email contact@3w-agency.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Audience measurement and preferences
Google Analytics measures page visits and a small number of actions, such as a successfully submitted enquiry. The Google service loads only after you accept audience measurement. With no choice or after declining, measurement stays disabled. Advertising consent is never granted.
You can accept, decline or change your preference at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Only your preference and its version are kept in your browser’s local storage; the choice applies to both French and English pages. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement without deleting data already processed by Google.
Our measurement events do not send contact details or message contents to Google Analytics. URL query parameters and fragments are excluded from our page views and events. Audience measurement consent is separate from the agreement needed to process a contact enquiry.
